About the Company
Rental Restoration is the only independent full-service maintenance contracting firm in the Puget Sound that focuses solely on serving property managers and rental property owners. In major metropolitan areas, about 55% of homes are occupied by homeowners and 45% of homes are occupied by renters. However, it seems that 100% of contractors focus on the 55% , leaving the needs of rental properties without service providers focused solely on their needs.
Rental Restoration recognizes the unique needs and nuances of working with condos, single family homes and multi-family properties in today’s rental market. We are an agile company, with divisions to respond to simple maintenance issues all the way through full renovations. Our objective is to be the one phone call a property manager or landlord needs to make to get fast, affordable, quality services.
Our company is well versed in local landlord/tenant laws and is dedicated to helping clients remain in compliance through maintaining healthy and safe properties that are consistently marketable.
Rental Restoration LLC is a licensed general contractor in the State of Washington. We are an EPA certified Lead-Safe firm in compliance with the requirements set forth for property managers and landlords until the new federal regulations enforced as of April 22, 2010. Rental Restoration is headquartered in Seattle with branches opening soon in Tacoma , Bainbridge/Kitsap and Portland. We maintain the highest ethical, safety and professional standards.
About the Founder, Eleanor Trainor
I created Rental Restoration based on my lifelong career with rental properties as an investor, landlord, former real estate professional, and years of varied experiences in residential and capital construction.
I have been a real estate investor since I was 23 and purchased my first condo in Washington, DC. Since then, I have owned several properties in multiple states. I have had some stellar success in the market as well as made some very educational mistakes. Each experience has been integral to my development as an investor, landlord and contracting professional.
When not working on my properties or yours and researching trends in real estate, contracting and business, I enjoy time with my amazing son, playing roller derby, entertaining (food, wine & laughter!) and getting out on the boat.
